Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation; 3. ARDS patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No tracheal intubation or tracheotomy; 2.The diagnosis time of ARDS was more than 3 days; 3.pregnant women; 4.The estimated mortality rate is expected to exceed 50% within six months; 5.Individuals with poor-quality cardiac ultrasound imaging; 6.Those who refuse to participate in this study;
