Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First hospitalization, diagnosed as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect or a combination of two defects; 2. The surgical method is open heart surgery with a small incision in the right armpit, cardiopulmonary bypass, and downward; 3. The child and his family can correctly understand the purpose of this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other systemic diseases, such as upper respiratory tract infection before surgery; 2.Preoperative pulmonary ultrasound examination showed atelectasis; 3.Severe complications occurred during the perioperative period; 4.Cases that fail to complete the study due to special circumstances.
