Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: complete clinical data; Age range is 18-80 years old; All patients met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes; All of them accepted relevant examinations to determine whether there was retinopathy, and the pathological criteria met the clinical diagnostic grading standards of diabetes retinopathy in China.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with retinal vein occlusion, cataracts, and other ophthalmic diseases; Patients with severe liver, kidney and other organ damage; Patients with hematological diseases and malignant tumors; Patients with severe trauma associated with active infectious diseases and rheumatic immune diseases; Patients who have received long-term immunosuppressive therapy before enrollment; Pregnant and lactating women; Those who cannot obtain specimens; Patients with behavioral cognitive impairment who are unable to communicate effectively; The subjects had poor compliance, chose to be discharged automatically during the treatment process, and gave up treatment, making it impossible for them to continue completing the study.
