Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age >= 18 years old; 2)Onset time <= 4.5 h; 3)Cerebral imaging examination confirms acute ischemic stroke; 4)National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score<=5; 5)Patients or their family members sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Receiving arterial thrombolysis or mechanical thrombectomy; 2)Severe craniocerebral injury or severe stroke occurred within 3 months; 3)Pregnant or lactating women; 4)Genetic or acquired bleeding diathesis, anticoagulant factor deficiency; or use of anticoagulants with INR > 3; 5)Intracranial tumors with mass effect on imaging (except minimal meningioma); 6)Advanced stage of any disease leading to a life expectancy < 6 months; 7)With severe complications that may affect the patient's prognosis and follow - up (cancer, severe heart failure, renal failure), and expected to be unable to complete the follow - up.
