Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Over 40 years old; (2) Patients undergoing unilateral THA for the first time due to hip arthritis; (3) The Tampascale Scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK-11) is greater than or equal to 26 points; (4)Normal cognition and communication; (5) All subjects were aware of and participated in the study. The above five requirements must be met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of mental illness; (2) Patients with other serious medical diseases; (3) Cognitive communication disorders; (4) Patients with lower extremity mobility disorders or previous lower extremity venous thrombosis or primary thrombotic diseases. Any of the above criteria is excluded.
