Gold Standard:Postoperative pulmonary complications are defined according to the guidelines published by the European Perioperative Clinical Outcomes Group: (1)Pleural effusion: Chest X-ray or CT(2)P
2) purulent airway secretions
3) peripheral blood white blood cell count > 10×10^9/L or < 4×10^9/L.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of valvular heart disease by echocardiography; 2.Treatment with heart valve surgery; 3.The length of hospital stay > 48h; 4.Age > 18 years old; 5.The medical records are complete;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with coronary heart disease surgery; 2.After surgery, thoracotomy was performed again due to heavy bleeding and other reasons; 3.Preoperative pulmonary complications such as lung infection, atelectasis, and moderate or greater pleural effusion;
