30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I or II, willing to participate in this trial and sign the written informed consent form; 2. no contraindications for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, no severe heart, lung or kidney dysfunction or shock; 3. patients aged 30 to 80 years old, with lesions located above the cardia that require complex endoscopic procedures (ESD/POEM/STER) for treatment, and the operation is expected to last more than 1 hour; 4.no history of dependence or allergy to opioid or sedative drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mouth opening less than 2 transverse fingers; 2.Polyps, tumors or cysts in the upper respiratory tract, pharyngeal infection; 3.Thickened anterior cervical tissues, scars or masses; 4. Anatomical abnormalities of the oral and maxillofacial region.
