Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18 - 75 years old; Cognitive function is intact; Able to use mobile phone and WeChat software independently; (2) Diagnosed with DVT or PE; (3) Has absolute or relative indications for lower vena cava filter implantation; (4) Implantable retrievable or temporary filter; (5) No contraindications related to surgery or anesthesia; (6) Agree to undergo lower vena cava filter implantation and sign the informed consent form for clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously, a lower vena cava filter was implanted but could not be removed; (2) Lower vena cava thrombosis, lower vena cava stenosis or occlusion, or lower vena cava diameter exceeding the maximum diameter of the alternative filter; (3) Lower vena cava variations such as left lower vena cava or double lower vena cava; (4) Renal insufficiency, coagulation system diseases, immune system diseases, or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) Allergic to the drugs to be used during filter implantation and retrieval; (6) Expected lifespan less than 2 years.
