Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the emergency rescue room or intensive care unit (ICU) 2. Hospital admission duration exceeding 24 hours 3. APACHE II (Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II) score >21 or ISS (Injury Severity Score) >16 4. Age >18 years 5. Informed consent obtained from the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without signed informed consent; 2. Patients with incomplete post-admission documentation.
