Experimental group:Based on the control group, a management plan for inhaled medication for COPD patients in a respiratory specialty outpatient clinic is adopted.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of COPD meets the guidelines for disease diagnosis and treatment established by the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. 2. Patients using inhaled medications. 3. Patients have sufficient cooperation ability to follow the study procedures and care instructions. 4. Voluntary participants in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients in critical condition during the acute phase or unable to cooperate with procedures and evaluation due to other illnesses. 2.Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who cannot understand or comply with treatment and research protocols. 3.Language comprehension or expression disorders preventing effective communication or understanding of the study content.
