Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Age 18-70 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 4. 25kg/m^2 <= BMI < 35kg/m^2; 5. Patients with the ability to give informed consent and who volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected difficult airway, such as limited neck movement, mouth opening < 3cm, small chin, and thyromental distance =6cm,Moderate to severe obesity as defined by WHO; 2. Patients with lesions in the tracheal lumen; 3. Patients with head, neck, throat and facial surgery; 4, ankylosing spondylitis and other patients with difficult postural changes; 5, combined with serious heart, lung and other systemic diseases.
