Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years old; Patients met the diagnostic criteria of abnormal liver function: elevated serum enzyme levels, decreased serum protein levels, coagulation disorders, jaundice and other clinical manifestations, and the degree of abnormal liver function was quantitatively graded according to the Chid-pugh classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA grade IV or above; Current diagnosis of digestive system ulcer or tumor, digestive system motility disorder (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux, irritable bowel syndrome); NYHA class IV or above; Any of liver failure, renal failure, or respiratory failure; Any of the following: acute myocardial infarction, hypothyroidism, scleroderma, lupus erythematosus; Any of the following drugs were taken before surgery: anticholinergic drugs, gastrointestinal drugs, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, and opioids; Previous gastrointestinal surgery or vagotomy; Pregnancy or lactation; Inability to communicate or confusion; Other factors that affect gastric emptying unpredictably.
