Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with ASA anesthesia classification of grade I to III, aged between 50 and 80 years old; 2. Undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Understanding the research content and signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have developed infection or fever within two weeks before the operation; 2. Patients with contraindications for measuring esophageal and nasopharyngeal temperatures; 3. Patients who need intravenous infusion in both upper limbs; 4. Patients with thyroid dysfunction; 5. Patients with a history of allergy to silicone or plastic materials; 6.Patients with abnormal coagulation function before the operation.
