Interventions

Experimental Group:Preoperative AI-based prediction and guidance for localizing the origin of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias in the outflow tract to guide surgery.
Control group:No AI-based preoperative prediction or guidance was used
conventional surgical methods were applied instead.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Age >=18 years; 2?No organic heart disease; 3?The total number of ventricular arrhythmias on 24-hour Holter monitoring accounts for >=10% of the total heartbeats.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Part I: (1) Structural heart disease; (2) ventricular arrhythmias with >=2 morphologies that need to be mapped; (3) Those who have undergone cardiac catheter radiofrequency ablation in the past; (4) Those who did not have ambulatory ECG before surgery; (5) Those who did not have a 12-lead ECG from the hospital after admission to before surgery; (6) Those who have no cardiac ultrasound examination within 1 month before surgery; (7) Those who had a =5% ventricular arrhythmia burden on ambulatory ECG re-examination 3 months after surgery; (8) pregnancy status; (9) Life expectancy =2 morphologies that need to be mapped; (3) pregnancy status; (4) Life expectancy< 1 year;
