21 Years to 27 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 21-27 years old (2) Passing heart rate (60~100 beats/min), blood pressure (systolic blood pressure: 90 mmHg ~140 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure: 60 mmHg ~90 mmHg) (3) Body mass index (BMI, 18.50~23.99 kg/m^2) (4) No musculoskeletal disorders within the last 3 months, with intact ankle skin; and (5) No neurological or circulatory diseases (6) No additional exercise or related treatment during the experimental cycle (7) No exercise fatigue prior to the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute soft tissue injury to the lower extremities in the last 1 month (2) Musculoskeletal disorders in the last 3 months (3) Allergy to DT, KT, and white stickers (4) History of surgery (5) Visual and vestibular dysfunction.
