Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) must adhere to the 2018 "Primary Care Guidelines for Tuberculosis Diagnosis and Treatment" issued by the Chinese Medical Association. 2. The diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (DM) should comply with the 2021 American Diabetes Association (ADA) Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes and its classification criteria. 3. The diagnosis of hyperlipidemia must conform to the 2016 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults, specifically the lipid abnormality stratification criteria for primary prevention populations with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). 4. All enrolled pulmonary TB-related cases must be newly diagnosed, culture-positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB), and have active tuberculosis, regardless of: - Use of lipid-lowering medications (present or absent) - Presence or absence of complications;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of anti-tuberculosis treatment; 2. Extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB); 3. Pregnancy; 4. Malignancy (active or history of); 5. Autoimmune-related diseases or malignant histiocytic disorders; 6. Use of immunosuppressive drugs within the past 6 months or immunodeficiency conditions; 7. Sputum culture-negative patients; 8. Non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) identified on species ; 9. History of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM);
