Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the chemotherapy group: 1. Cervical, ovarian, or endometrial cancer patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesi1. 2.ASA: Class I-III. 3. Age: 18 - 64 years ol4. 4. BMI: 18 - 27.9 kg/m^2. 5. Received >=3 cycles of paclitaxel - platinum - based chemotherapy. Inclusion criteria for the non - chemotherapy group: 1. Cervical, ovarian, or endometrial cancer patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesi1. 2.ASA: Class I-III. 3. Age: 18 - 64 years ol4. 4. BMI: 18 - 27.9 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the chemotherapy group: 1. Peripheral vascular disease. 2. Positive modified Allen’s test. 3. Hypertension, diabetes, or dyslipidemia. 4. >2 attempts at radial artery catheterization. 5. Coagulation dysfunction. 6. Severe cardiopulmonary and liver and kidney dysfunction. 7. Smoking. Exclusion criteria for the non - chemotherapy group: 1. Peripheral vascular disease. 2. Positive modified Allen’s test. 3. Hypertension, diabetes, or dyslipidemia. 4. >2 attempts at radial artery catheterization. 5. Coagulation dysfunction. 6. Severe cardiopulmonary and liver and kidney dysfunction. 7. Smoking. 8. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery.
