Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Refractive errors (myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism) with age-related under-adjustment; 2.Age 35-45; 3.The patients themselves had a need for lens removal, were mentally healthy, had correct knowledge of the monovision surgical design plan, had reasonable expectations of surgical efficacy, gave informed consent, and voluntarily enrolled in this study. They were able to complete the questionnaire by themselves. 4.The remaining indications are the same as those in the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Management of Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery (2015); 5.Can understand and cooperate in completing the postoperative follow-up and evaluation; 6.Myopia degree = 4.9.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cataracts present but not yet significantly affecting vision; 2.In addition to age-related under-adjustment, there are obvious abnormalities of binocular visual function such as disorders of adjustment parameters and under-concentration. 3.Pathologic refractive error (binocular refractive error =1.50D for spherical lenses and =1.00D for cylindrical lenses); 4.The rest of the contraindications are the same as those in the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Management of Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery (2015);
