Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants must meet the revised El Escorial criteria or other internationally recognized diagnostic standards for ALS, be between the ages of 40 and 75, possess the cognitive ability to complete the ECAS assessment, and include individuals with early, middle, and late-stage ALS, as well as those with different lesion sites (such as spinal onset and bulbar onset).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants will be excluded from the study if they have severe cognitive or behavioral impairments preventing cooperation with the ECAS assessment, significant visual or auditory impairments affecting instruction comprehension, other neurological or psychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or schizophrenia, or if they are using medications that may influence EEG signals, including antiepileptic drugs.
