Mother-to-child Transmission of Hepatitis B

Interventions

Group A:pregnant women who initiate antiviral treatment at 20 week of pregnant(Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or tenofovir alafenamide fumarate )
Group B:pregnant women who initiate antiviral treatment at 24 week of pregnant(Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or tenofovir alafenamide fumarate )
Group C:pregnant women who initiate antiviral treatment at 28 week of pregnant(Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or tenofovir alafenamide fumarate )
Group D:HBV infected women who had given birth in our hospital and had taken antiviral drugs throughout the pregnancy and their children

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part one: pregnant women under the age of 30 with extremely high HBV DNA levels; Part two: HBV infected women who had given birth in our hospital and had taken antiviral drugs throughout the pregnancy and their children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part one: 1. coinfected with other viral , such as HCV, syphilis, HIV, CMV, EBV, etc; 2. Female age greater than or equal to 30 years old; 3. Pregnant women with cirrhosis or liver cancer 4. Long term alcohol abuse and/or other liver damaging drugs; 5. Serious diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, and other systems. 6. Not willing to participate in this study Part two: 1. coinfected with other viral , such as HCV, syphilis, HIV, CMV, EBV, etc; 2. Pregnant women with incomplete clinical data; 3. Pregnant women with cirrhosis or liver cancer 4. Long term alcohol abuse and/or other liver damaging drugs; 5. Serious diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, and other systems. 6. Not willing to participate in this study
