Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia for the first time, aged 40 - 80 years old, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of ? - ?, and a body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18.5 to 27.9 kg/m²; 2.Surgery duration < 4 hours. No history of neuromuscular diseases, no medications affecting neuromuscular blocking agents were used before or during the surgery, and no blood transfusions were required during the procedure. The procedure was approved by the hospital's ethics committee, and informed consent was signed by the patient and their family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor general physical condition; Complicated with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and pulmonary diseases; Severe atherosclerosis; Poor long-term blood glucose control; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Electrolyte disorders; Unstable circulation during the operation (blood loss > 800ml); There is a history of trauma or surgery on the surface of the ulnar nerve in the wrist; Recent use of drugs that interfere with neuromuscular excitatory conduction, such as phenytoin sodium, aminoglycoside antibiotics, etc.; A history of allergy to muscle relaxants or neostigmine; Having central nervous system diseases, severe intellectual disability, language or hearing impairment that makes it impossible to communicate, or suffering from mental illness and being unable to participate in this trial. Cases in which the research fails to be completed as planned.
