Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Obesity; 2.18-80 year-old; 3.Absence of severe disease; 4.The fecal and peripheral blood samples stored in the biobank meet the research requirements;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent other surgeries or used other types of bariatric procedures. 2.Vulnerable groups: including pregnant women, children, lactating women, individuals with mental disorders, illiterate persons, etc;
