Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. The patient was diagnosed with depression according to the criteria of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10), and the mental state and self-injury behavior of the patient were evaluated by psychiatrists; 2. The patients were in line with the diagnosis of non-suicidal NSSI in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5), and the mental state and NSSI behavior of the patients were examined and evaluated by psychiatrists. 3. The care recipient's age is between 11 and 19 years; 4. Have lived with the care recipient for at least 6 months; 5. Can use a mobile phone and the internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. The care object is combined with personality disorder or other mental illness; 2.Have received or are receiving similar psychological treatment; 3. The care object has a history of suicidal behavior, or appears suicidal behavior throughout the intervention process.
