Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recruitment age : 20-39 years old, 40-59 years old, 60-79 years old, male and female, each age. Group 80, a total of 240 people in three groups. There were no chronic diseases ( such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. ) or acute diseases. Blood routine, coagulation function, liver function, renal function, myocardial enzymes, blood glucose, blood lipids, alpha-fetoprotein ( AFP ), carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA ) and other indicators were normal. Carbohydrate antigen ( CA-199, CA-153, CA-125, etc. ), tumor markers and other laboratory indicators were negative. Known human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV ) infection, hepatitis virus infection, hepatitis C, syphilis, bacteria and other pathogens were negative. 2. Subjects volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term suffering from other diseases ; including a history of mental illness ; have a history of drug abuse, etc. 2. Have a long history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes treatment ; with severe systemic diseases ( heart disease, kidney disease, asthma, etc. ); 3. Accompanied by immune-related diseases ( SLE, dermatomyositis, psoriasis, etc. ); 4. Accompanied by tuberculosis and other chronic infectious diseases ; with malignant tumor or blood system diseases, etc. 5. Pregnant women or children; 6. Participants or family members refused to participate in the study;
