Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Nurses who have worked in the emergency department for >= 6 months; (2) Nurses who have cared for mechanically ventilated patients in their routine work; (3) Nurses who are aware of this study and voluntarily participate in it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses on leave due to illness, work - related injury, maternity/paternity leave, etc. (2) Nurses undergoing internship or visiting nurses; (3) Those taking psychiatric medications for psychological or mental illnesses.
