Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with glioma at the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University. 2.Patients who have undergone pathological diagnosis and surgery. 3.Postoperative tumor tissue samples meet the requirements for spectral analysis (no significant necrosis, calcification, or other factors affecting the detection). 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unclear pathological diagnosis. 2.Insufficient sample size or poor sample quality (e.g., necrotic tissue > 50%). 3.Patients with known active or chronic HBV or HCV infection accompanied by liver dysfunction. 4.Patients without civil capacity. 5.Patients unable to understand the potential risks and benefits of the study.
