Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Nursing graduates with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, within 1 year post-graduation; (2) During the study period, participants did not engage in other relevant training, were fully informed of the study content, and provided written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Completion of standardized training at another hospital; (2) Absence from more than two training sessions; (3) Withdrawal from the study due to reasons such as resignation, sick leave, or maternity leave.
