Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and esophageal benign disease were selected from the First People's Hospital of Huai 'an City; 2.All patients were diagnosed as esophageal squamous cell carcinoma or esophageal benign lesions by histopathology; 3.90 years>=Age >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined pregnancy; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular disease or severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3.Combined with other malignancies; 4.Patients who have had previous long-term treatments such as surgery, radiotherapy and targeted therapy; 5.Failure to provide complete clinical information or failure to define pathological staging;
