Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60~79 years old, living in the community; Physical conditions should allow participation in daily exercise and other activities; No dementia or serious mental/physical illness; No barrier to communication, and able to actively cooperate in completing various activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding those who are involved in other interventions.
