Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in "Diagnostic Points of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" [32]; The course of the disease lasts from 2 weeks to 12 months. 3) Brunnstrom stage ?-V of the affected hand; 4) Pay attention to dysfunction: the Schulte square test takes at least 35 seconds. 5) Age >= 18 years old, < 80 years old; 6) Clear consciousness and stable vital signs. 7) The patient or family member gives informed consent and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with severe language, cognitive (MMSE < 10), or mental illness who are unable to follow and/or understand instructions. 2) Those who are unable to perform upper limb exercise training, such as upper limb pain or high muscle tone. 3) People with visual field impairment.
