18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old. 2. Patients hospitalized in the cardiology department of our hospital with a diagnosis of coronary heart disease and suspected acute myocardial infarction, or emergency-admitted patients with suspected acute myocardial infarction, who are scheduled for coronary angiography. 3. Local permanent residents. 4. Willing to sign a written informed consent form or have already signed a broad informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MI with requiring concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting. 2. Patients who develop other complications during the surgical procedure. 3. Infarction related to myocardial injury or heart failure. 4. Patients with cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, severe liver or kidney diseases, hematological disorders, or chronic inflammatory conditions. 5. Patients with a history of cognitive impairment or dementia. 6. Patients unwilling to sign the informed consent form. 7. Complex coronary artery disease cases where intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) placement is anticipated. 8. Pregnant or lactating women, or women likely to become pregnant within six months. 9. Individuals currently participating in interventional clinical trials.
