60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA II to III level, 60 to 80 years old, patients undergoing first joint replacement surgery sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative communication difficulties (such as coma, severe dementia, speech disorders, or severe visual or auditory impairments); those with significantly reduced preoperative SDMT, trail-making test, and auditory verbal learning test results; patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases; a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; those taking psychiatric medications; patients who have previously undergone intracranial surgery, emergency surgery, or are acute infections.
