18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with sick sinus syndrome or atrioventricular block, and indications for pacemaker implantation 2.Aged 18-80 years 3.Sinus rhythm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Valvular heart disease requiring or having undergone surgical intervention 2.Atrial fibrillation (AF) 3.Atrial flutter (AFL) 4.History of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) within 3 months prior to enrollment 5.Life expectancy less than 12 months 6.Pregnancy or women of childbearing potential planning pregnancy 7.Patients with prior pacemaker implantation
