Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65; 2. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer through pathology and undergoing surgical treatment; 3. Those who have given informed consent for this study; 4. No mental or psychological disorders; 5. Able to communicate normally, have reading skills, and do not have comprehension difficulties.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone surgery and are undergoing rehabilitation using the five-element rolling ball exercise and routine functional training exercises after breast cancer surgery for a duration of less than 6 weeks; 2. Those with cognitive impairments or low cultural levels who cannot understand and correctly fill out various scales; 3. Those with serious organ dysfunction or a history of mental illness; 4. Those participating in other clinical trials simultaneously; 5. Those who have undergone treatment such as massage or topical medication during postoperative rehabilitation, which may affect the observation of efficacy.
