Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The mother's age during pregnancy is between 20 and 40 years old; (2) The mother has a regular menstrual cycle, the cycle length is 21–35 days; (3) The offspring were followed up in our hospital when they were 3-6 years old; (4) Patients in the HRT group received hormone replacement therapy for endometrial preparation, whereas those in the Natural Cycle group underwent natural cycle endometrial preparation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Oocyte and semen donation; (2) Mothers presenting with concomitant organic uterine pathology, severe intrauterine synechiae, and major chronic comorbidities; (3) Received preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-M/PGT-SR or PGT-A); (4)Couples with chromosomal abnormalities in either partner.
