the pre-rehabilitation group:the pre-rehabilitation group received psychological counseling from specialty nurses prior to colonoscopy.
patients were administered 110 g (approximately 12 spoonfuls) of
the control group:Patients orally ingested two boxes of Hengkangzhengqing (dissolved in 2000ml of water) 6 hours before colonoscopy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged between 60 and 85 years, with no restriction on gender; 2. Participants in good general condition, classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification) Grade I (normal healthy individual) or Grade II (patients with mild systemic diseases); 3. Individuals able to cooperate with dietary intervention; 4. Individuals willing to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with contraindications for standard endoscopic procedures; 2. Patients with significant dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys, or those classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grades III to V; 3. Individuals with a history of substance abuse, hypersensitivity to sedatives, or other anesthetic-related risks; 4. Individuals with poorly controlled blood pressure or blood glucose levels within the past three months; 5. Patients with communication impairments; 6. Individuals unable to cooperate with dietary intervention.
