Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected CHD; 2. Age between 60 and 75 years; 3. Completion of ETT and VM-ECG under the supervision of researchers; 4. Ability to complete three examinations: ETT, VM-ECG, and coronary imaging (ICA or CTCA); 5. Completion of these three examinations within three weeks; 6. Approval by the ethics committee, written consent from participants and their legal representatives, and willingness to comply with the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe Cardiovascular Diseases: Patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS); Uncontrolled arrhythmia with symptoms or hemodynamic instability; Aortic dissection, severe aortic stenosis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (moderate to high risk), or other severe outflow tract obstructive heart disease; Acute myocarditis, pericarditis, endocarditis, or rheumatic fever; Symptomatic heart failure uncontrolled by treatment; Patients with a history of coronary stent placement or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). 2. Severe Pulmonary Diseases: Acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; Severe pulmonary hypertension, pneumothorax, or pleural effusion. 3. Severe Hypertension (resting blood pressure >180/110 mmHg) or Significant Hypotension (<85/50 mmHg). 4. Ocular Diseases: Glaucoma, retinopathy, or high myopia. 5. Thrombotic Disorders: Lower limb venous thrombosis. 6. Pregnancy. 7. Severe Trauma, Femoral Hernia, Abdominal Effusion (Ascites), or Elevated Intra-abdominal Pressure. 8. Others: Skin allergy to electrocardiogram (ECG) electrodes; 9. Inability to Cooperate with Study Procedures due to any reason. 10. Investigator Deems the Participant Unsuitable for Continuation in the Study.
