20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Women aged 20-40 years ; ( 2 ) In line with the Rotterdam PCOS diagnostic criteria, and body mass index ( BMI ) > 24kg / m^2 ; ( 3 ) Spouse semen examination was normal ; ( 4 ) Junior high school and above education level, can identify and understand Chinese, no communication barriers ; ( 5 ) clear consciousness, no serious medical and surgical and mental illness history ; ( 6 ) Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with other serious physical diseases or drug dependence ; ( 2 ) To participate in other clinical drug trials or weight management intervention researchers.
