Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years old all registered elderly residents of community/township health centers; 2. Consciousness and ability to communicate; 3. If suffering from chronic diseases, they should be in the stable stage of the disease; 4. Knowing the purpose of the survey and agreeing to cooperate in completing the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not cooperating with the testers, unable to complete the questionnaire or refusing to take the survey; 2. Severe hearing or visual impairment; 3. People suffering from mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and relying on medication for control; 4. Elderly people in community/township health centers who have resided there for less than 1 year.
