Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No contraindications to endoscopy (1. acute perforation of the gastrointestinal tract 2. severe cardiopulmonary, renal and cerebral insufficiency and multiple organ dysfunction failure 3. psychiatric illnesses and obvious impairment of consciousness who are unable to cooperate); did not follow the doctor's precepts of the mission; agreed to and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: After abdominal fistula surgery, the bowel was extremely poorly prepared, the bowel lumen was narrowed to prevent further access to the scope, and he refused to sign the informed consent form.
