Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6-12 years old; 2. Diagnosed as OSA in children (PSG monitoring shows OAHI>=1 times/hour) 3. Adenoid hypertrophy (the proportion of adenoid thickness to nasopharyngeal cavity width measured by lateral cephalometric imaging is greater than 60%) 4. Enlargement of tonsils (tonsil hypertrophy II ° or above) 5. Maxillary arch stenosis with mandibular retraction (ANB>=4.5 °) 6. Treatment includes orthodontic treatment (maxillary expansion+mandibular advancement) or adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy; 7. Have skull lateral radiographs and CBCT at follow-up for more than six months after treatment, and the imaging data is clear and available;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with central sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (CSAHS); 2. Children with severe craniofacial deformities, such as cleft lip and palate; 3. History of maxillofacial surgery and secondary or multiple orthodontic treatments; 4. Children with pathological obesity; 5. Imaging data that is blurry or damaged and unusable.
