Interventions

Intervention group:Health education on fear of falls based on the self-regulating common sense model was implemented for a total of 12 weeks, with offline health education once a week.
Control group:Implement regular health education on fear of falls.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years old; 2. According to the revised International Fall Efficacy Scale, there is a fear of falling; 3. Good language and cognitive abilities, able to communicate normally; 4. Able to walk independently or with the help of external forces; 5. Patients give informed consent and voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with serious physical or mental illnesses; 2. Individuals with unstable vital signs; 3. Have severe hearing or visual impairments; 4. Study participants who withdraw midway.
