F:When the TFC increase reaches 6, 20mg of furosemide is given by intravenous injection
C:When the increase in TFC reaches 6, 2ml of normal saline is given by intravenous injection

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are scheduled to undergo hysteroscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia; (2) The estimated operation time is more than 30 minutes; (3) Age 18-65 years old; (4) ASA PS I-II; (5) The increase in thoracic fluid level (TFC) reached 6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with BMI > 35kg/m^2; (2) pregnant or lactating patients; (3) patients with renal insufficiency before operation; (4) Patients refused to participate.
