60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years 2. ASA physical status classification II-III 3. Scheduled for non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia 4. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension according to the *2018 Revised Edition of Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension*

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction 2. Severe cardiovascular diseases (NYHA class >II, implanted pacemaker/cardioverter-defibrillator, unstable angina, or ejection fraction 30 kg/m² 8. Participation in other clinical trials within the past month 9. Preoperative hypovolemia (pulse pressure variation >10%) 10. Declined to participate
