Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; (3) First onset and in the acute phase (disease duration < 14 days); (4) No lower limb DVT at admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe coagulation disorder or blood disease; (2) Use of anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs 3 months before admission; (3) Very early stage of ischemic stroke requiring thrombolysis; (4) Admission time <= 24 hours.
