35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.MSA group: 1) Age >35 years and gender; 2) Meets clinically confirmed MSA and clinically likely MSA according to the 2022 MDS MSA diagnostic criteria; 3) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form. 2.HC group: 1) Age, gender and other basic conditions matched with the MSA cohort population; 2) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. contraindications to MRI examination or inability to cooperate in completing neuroimaging examination; 3. previous history of other neurological disorders or presence of other organic intracranial lesions on neuroimaging that cannot be interpreted by MSA, such as epilepsy, trauma, tumors, or high-grade cerebral white matter degeneration (Fazekas grade 2 and above); 4.History of alcohol or drug abuse.
