18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >=18 years old, = 12 months; 9. Normal function of major organs; 10. No absolute contraindications to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known HER2 positive; 2. History of previous gastric surgery; 3. Excisable during intraoperative exploration; 4. Combined organ resection; 5. Previous or concurrent other malignant tumors, except for cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin, carcinoma in situ of the cervix and carcinoma in situ of the breast; 6. Combined with severe illness and unable to tolerate surgery; 7. Those who have previously experienced gastrointestinal perforation, abdominal abscess, or recently (within 3 months) experienced intestinal obstruction or whose imaging and clinical symptoms suggest intestinal obstruction; 8. There are contraindications to the treatment of SOXAP regimen.
