Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the "China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2020 Edition)". 2. Age 20-79 years, no other serious underlying diseases. 3. Has full cognitive and literacy abilities. 4. Volunteers who are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with Type 1 or other types of diabetes. 2. Individuals with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, or kidney. 3. Combine individuals with confusion, language disorders, or elderly dementia; 4. Individuals who are unable to take care of themselves, bedridden, or have mobility impairments. 5. Nursing or pregnant women. 6. Individuals with a recent history of surgery, trauma, acute major vascular complications such as cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, and infectious diseases.
