Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Individuals undergoing colonoscopy at the Endoscopy Center of Beijing Friendship Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University between December 2018 and 2024; (2) Colonoscopy or pathological examination results indicate normal, colorectal polyps/adenomas, early colorectal cancer, colonic diverticula, colonic melanosis, inflammatory bowel disease, submucosal lesions, or colonic capillary ectasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with unclear/non-diagnostic images; 2.Cases presenting complex or atypical lesions.
