Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-30 years old, 18.5<= BMI <23.9;. (2) Have engaged in endurance training for less than 3 years, with an average weekly running volume of less than 50 kilometers per week in the past three months, and have participated in and completed at least one marathon race. (3) Have not taken any other cardiovascular disease - related medications or sports nutrition supplements in the three months prior to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have clear contraindications to exercise or other diseases that affect the exercise plan; (2) Are taking D-ribose or related nutritional products containing D-ribose;
